Knowing that she was safe and comfortable and in capable hands made a difference, especially over the last few difficult weeks.”

“Thank you so much to all the staff at Glan Rhos for the exceptional care and attention you gave to my mother over the last three weeks.

My father thanks you all for the help you gave him during what was a very trying and difficult period.

Our very best wishes to you all.”

“To Kim, Helen, Becks & Lesley

A heartfelt thank you for the wonderful care and attention given to my mother. She nor I could have wished for a more dedicated and caring staff.

Thank you for allowing her to stay at Glan Rhos and allowing her to die peacefully surrounded by the staff she knew.

Thank you also for the great support and kindness shown to me throughout, especially the last few dark and difficult weeks.”

“To Kim and Glan Rhos staff,

Just a small note to thank you for the short but excellent care Betty received at Glan Rhos. Down to earth staff, kind, nothing too much for them going around giving there best to everyone.

I am sure your very proud of your nursing team who did everything they could to the end for Betty and looking after us as a family.

Thank you all,
Mark & Dawn”
